I enjoyed my stay, friendly staff, Ahyana was very welcoming and friendly. Anthony was also very helpful with any requests. Looking forward to vacation here again.

The property felt a little dated. I went to put my towel back on the rack in the bathroom and it fell apart the first night. The property was clean and so was the room. The WiFi was not the best. The sofa was hard and not comfortable and the cable connection to the tv was terrible. It was a good place to lay our head but other that I won’t be back.

Excellent place to stay very closed to everything

With its own pool and jacuzzi overlooking the lake it’s a perfect retreat after a long hard day at the parks There is plenty of free parking and the villas have two en suite rooms with all the amenities you need Ignore all the bad reviews about road noise, we were near the road and heard virtually nothing all week. There are resort fees, which are reasonable, and a security deposit which is returned when you leave. These are well advertised in most places but seem to be a subject of complaint for some who weren’t aware There is literally nothing I can fault about this place, next time I’m in Orlando I will be staying here for sure !

As others have stated, the rooms are dated. We stayed just one night so we don't have any experience with the amenities. We were on a second floor (no elevator so bags up the steps) which had high ceilings with skylights. One of the things I noticed at bedtime was that the parking lot lights are SUPER bright (like STADIUM bright)...which blasted through the skylight and kitchen windows, so unless you fully close the bedroom door (which, with kids, I normally don't) it's hard to get the bedroom dark. Anybody who may sleep on a couch would be SOL. My daughter would wake up at night thinking it was daytime because of how bright the lights were even with her shades and drapes closed. The place was clean (except for a large dead palmetto bug under the sink...but that's Florida so I can't fully hold that against them, but still an ugly sight). Beds were EXTREMELY firm. Pillows were nice. Master bath had a very high tub to step into. I'm 65 and hitting an age where I try to be wary of falls. I felt like it would be easy to slip if people aren't careful. Towels were small. Weird design...the toilet is placed where the door to the bath opens (in a small alcove). I'm not the smallest man and certainly not the largest, but my knee was almost up against the alcove wall while sitting. It was just weird. For families, it's probably fine. Didn't hate it, but wouldn't return. Thanks staff!

This place is one of our go-to favorites! Love the quaint feel and the simpler atmosphere with free water sports and a beautiful lake view from the pool. Love the size of the accommodations, and the vicinity to Disney and Universal. The water pressure was very low, but other than that no complaints.

The room with cockroaches and Jonathan from Customer Service had a very bad attitude.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, rooms are clean, big for a group of friends/family, AC works pretty well. I didn't have time to go into the pool but it look pretth right infront of the lake. Overall this was a great experience, I would stay in this hotel again.

How close the apartment was to the main attractions in Orlando. Plus the staff were very friendly and the pool area is lovely. The 2nd bedroom bathroom is quite small.

We did have to ask for the condo to be re cleaned as hubby's feet were black after 10 mins walking around barefoot. Had a problem with some tiny little ants over the kitchen counter which staff came 3 times to spray before they went (only to return on the day we checked out) but I can't praise the reception staff enough, so very helpful. Great place for the price.

We’ve been going to Spanish Cove for many years. This trip we arrived early (it was a Saturday) and asked for an early check-in. They passive-aggressively didn’t let us check in until 30 minutes after normal check-in time (4:00). We also noticed little bugs all over the kitchen the day we checked out and informed them - they weren’t too concerned.
