Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark by IHG

We hada group of 15 ppl kids and adults all had a blast was stuff for everyone and staff was extremely nice and helpful,

I like some of the staff outdoor pool and customer service also food servers, the only thing I didn’t like it about cleaning rooms because I stayed 4 days but they’re cleaned my room only 2 days the other 2 days no soap no towels

Pools were great during our stay wish they had better signage for inclement weather operations. Our last night there the hot water went out. Had to take a cold shower. Called and asked for information as to why and front desk was unaware and wanted to send someone to my room at 11 pm to check. I declined as my family was sleeping. Only compensation that was offered was a voucher for two drinks at check in and a pastry and coffee at checkout.

Suite was great for us all. Pool amazing

What I didn't like - Housekeeping had some issues. We didn't get cleaned a couple of times (8 night stay), we didn't receive clean towels or washcloths a few days and the one time I called down to have some brought up they were dirty. There were also some real maintenance issues - the toaster looked like it had caught fire at some point and the microwave was rusted. There was a support backing for the breakfast bar and it was coming down. Would be a real hazard for small children. The weather stripping around the outside doors were gone so the air conditioning had to work overtime and the room was often humid during the day time hours. This also let in a lot of traffic noise. The pool area was really nice, I wish there were a few more options for shade, but the area itself was really nice. Life guards on duty which was also nice. Shoutout to the lady at the coffee shop - she was the most polite and friendly person I dealt with at the property. Absolutely wonderful!

Rooms are good and for this money as I came for short stay.They have Waterpark which I could not get time but looks amazing as this summer perfect time to visit this place as my room is just adjacent to pool.Inside hotel they have lot of amenities as its Resort style like Food,Arcade games,staff and reception both are helpful.

The problems started when I noticed stains on the bed sheets in my room. I reported the issue to the front desk first thing in the morning and expected it to be resolved while I was out for the day. However, when I returned to my room that afternoon, I found that housekeeping had only made the bed but had not changed the stained sheets. It was obvious that the same stained sheets were still on the bed. I had to go back to the front desk and complain a second time. Only then did they send someone to replace the sheets. During that visit, the staff removed the pillows from the bed and brought new ones. However, instead of properly making the bed and replacing the pillows, they simply left the new pillows thrown on the floor of the living room and left the room. At that point, I had to contact the front desk once again and make another complaint. After multiple requests and follow-ups throughout the day, it was not until almost 10:00 PM that someone finally came to the room to properly make the bed and prepare the pillows. To make matters worse, when I checked in, I was never informed about the complimentary welcome drinks offered to guests. I only learned about them through a friend who was also staying at the hotel. I then had to go to the front desk and request a benefit that should have been offered automatically at check-in. The entire experience demonstrated poor housekeeping standards, lack of attention to

Everything was great

Hotel was horrible. Terrible crowd. Like you're on spring break! The pool was disgusting and wouldn't even allow my children in because there was hair and dirt! We were only at the property for an hour before making the decision to checkout and book a room at the Disney All star Sports for a cheaper price!

The staff was great. The room cleaned and the pool activities was very fun.

Room assign to us access not working call room service the maintenance guy came and said it’s working , which was not correct next morning 8.30am we went to front desk and rep in front said sorry really nice and said will exchange the room for us we assign another room by 3pm very inconvenience than they give us $66 credit for parking for 2 days Over all it was a ok experience

The room’s AC wasn’t working and the room was extremely hot. After multiple calls to maintenance, I was ignored and even laughed at over the phone. Went down in person after three hours of waiting and was told that the maintenance staff just left for the night. I had to wake up my whole family at 2:30 am and move them rooms. The staff at the front desk was kind enough to refund the room but the wait for maintenance was absolutely ridiculous and to be completed ignored for something like an AC issue is absolutely unacceptable.

Me and my family had a great time. We will definitely stay here again

Love the resort! Staff was very nice the only concern was the floor in the room being scratched up by someone else’s pet. The bedding was nice and soft. Love the water parks although the big slides were closed it was still very nice. Theater was comfy as well.

Enjoyed the Water Park when it was available. However, they kept shutting it down. But the real issue I had is 1). You had to pay if you wanted breakfast and 2). You had to pay each day for parking as a paid guest. I don't understand if I'm paying for a room also having to pay to park and it was quite expensive for a paid guest. This was truly disappointing.

The hotel was amazing, from the rooms to the outdoor pool and the activity court.

The cleanliness was unacceptable. The sheets were dirty, and even after requesting they be changed, it appeared they were never replaced. The pillowcases were stained and smelled bad. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed between guests. Our refrigerator did not work and even had a wet towel left inside it from a previous guest. Housekeeping replaced some towels but left the dirty ones on the bathroom floor. Whenever we raised concerns, the only solution offered was a voucher for a free drink instead of actually addressing the problems. This hotel is not as affordable as it initially appears once all the extra charges are added. For all the hassle and poor conditions, I would strongly recommend spending a little more per night somewhere else to avoid such a terrible experience.

This hotel is everything that you want for a family stay. It has all the great amenities for children who loved water and water slides. The staff was very attentive to your wants and needs. Our room was outstanding with the two bedrooms very spacious, exceptionally clean. The bathroom was very spacious with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our family will definitely be coming back to this resort!
