Excellent but elevator wait during breakfast can take a while.

We booked this stay a month or two in advance and had a confirmed reservation for a room with sleeper sofa, king, bunks to sleep 5. After arrival and check in, we get to our room which Has no sleeper sofa. Front desk told me they recently renovated and got rid of all sleeper sofas. When I pointed out we were a family of 5 and had counted on the extra sleeping space, all U got was a “sorry”. They offered no remedy and supposedly were all booked up and could not give us 2 rooms near one another. They were only willing to refund the following night, but NOT the first, since we were already checked in (to a room different than the one we booked”. Theme park shuttle was offered but drop off and pick up times were not conducive to a full day at any park. Reservation was required but concierge was already gone for the day, despite it only being 4pm. Breakfast was mediocre at best and staff was not very friendly. Would not stay again.

Website says that there’s transportation to Disney parks, but it’s only to Epcot center.

A beautiful hotel in a great location and wonderful employees. The beds were comfortable and I really enjoyed my one night stay. The breakfast was top notch!

Clean hotel, nice size rooms, great staff. Affordable. I would highly recommend

Everything was great. Staff was great rooms. Great they were going through a little maintenance cause they’re updating it but the whole place was great.

Clean property, noisy hallway.

This was my second time staying at this property everyone was very kind! The guy at the front desk Johnny was an absolute pleasure very kind offering us help when we came in all the way to the time we left! The only downside was they were fixing the pool so I couldn’t get in during the day but it was opened during the afternoons and late nights so that was nice!

I’ve stayed in many hotels on the same rd, and this is by far the least favourite so far.

The breakfast could be improved. Everything else was fine.
