Crowne Plaza Orlando - Lake Buena Vista by IHG

Tv didn’t work, staff came to fix it but the problem continued. Breakfast isn’t worth what they charge, the same items are offered day after day and not restocked very well. Seating can be limited due do tables being left dirty. The bed was beyond worn out, it leaned to one side so I kept feeling like I was falling out. The shower didn’t drain right and the hot/cold was backwards on the sink and I got burned by the hot water. The balcony was nice but even with 3 locking mechanisms, it still didn’t lock-all 3 were broken. Things happen, I get it but this seemed like a lot to me for a 3 night stay. I would not stay again.

They offer two drinks, very kind workers. In the bathroom the sink and shower water pressure was very poor there was barely any water coming out of the faucet

All the staff is really professional and good at their job. I work with Jojo and she was awesome! Didn’t catch the name of the other person working with her, but they were both on it!! 5stars!! everything was awesome

Coffee make in room did not work no microwave or room, no hair dryer in room, door did not close to be sealed.

I did not end up staying and was not properly checked out as I was told I was. Now it's like jumping hoops to get my refund back.
