The staff was very friendly, but we did find what looked like a crumpled up Reese’s wrapper under the ottoman in our room. And the breakfast buffet was really underwhelming, even comparing it to many others I’ve had at other hotels.

Close to interstate and shopping. Room wasn’t clean the first day, had to ask for towels, bed made noise and was broke. Air conditioning unit was loud and noisy.Cleaning staff took cologne that was left on dresser.

Location, location, location. It was very convenience to have a kitchen/bar to order from. After the drive to get there this was a plus. The staff were polite, helpful & the hotel was clean. I would just suggest to check the bill at the bar. I felt like the numbers weren’t adding up. Since, I didn’t do my diligence to check the bill. I chop it up to my lost. However, want to ensure that it don’t happen to someone else. Besides, that all else was such a pleasure.

The staff was unwilling to honor booking amenities. Had me call hotels CS only for them then say its not front desk to approve bookings confirmed amenities

I would highly recommend staying here. We are enjoying our stay here so much that we decided to extend our stay. The staff has been absolutely amazing and helpful. The rooms are so clean, and peaceful.

The Asst Manager was very friendly and helpful after an encounter with the receptionist that was obviously having a rough day, and was taking it out on the guest. After that, other receptionist were friendly and very courteous.

We love the location. It was clean, pretty enough. The only problem was that we were assign a room with someone on it. The person inside open the door. It that doesn’t happen, it would be a better rating
