The staff at check-in was extremely nice and helpful!!

Absolutely loved this property from the Transportation to the property from the airport. The driver was amazing. I believe his name was Carlos. He was amazing. He helped us going there. He helped us with the travel going to our Port. He was absolutely amazing. The room was very clean very nice. Had all the services that we needed inside. The staff was amazing. They checked us in very fast and efficient. We did not eat here as there was a lot of different restaurants around the property that you could walk to to go eat. I highly recommend staying here.

The airport shuttle never arrived to take us to the airport after waiting 45 minutes. The guy told us to wait by the front and they would be there. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. We almost missed our flight. When I asked them what was going on, they couldn’t locate the shuttle.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating for our late night arrival for a last minute flight cancellation. They set us up for the morning to be easy to return to the airport.

Only thing I wasn’t happy about was the breakfast. When booking, it stated the breakfast was included. Morning time we entered the dining room and breakfast was $17.99 per person. A little misleading. It was buffet style which was satisfying. Just would’ve wanted to know ahead of time

Hotel is very nice and the pool has sun all day. Only downfall is the bar is only opened for a few hours a day. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth the price, it has a nice variety.

The only hot breakfast offered was a buffet which was very pricey. The cost was $17.99 and the food variety was not good. Way overpriced for the food items offered.
