We did not have breakfast. The air conditioning was just right. I recommend the pool up keep needs some improvement.

The room was clean and cool. Breakfast was nice, most staff members were pleasant, but there is always that one bad apple in the bunch. Overall, I like Staybridge Suites, this last trip was the first time I had a distasteful experience with a staff.

Had a fantastic stay here! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire visit. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made for a very comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast had plenty of great options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again!

I arrived and they gave me a room quickly. Room was on the second floor. I had the keys open the door only to find someone already in the room laying down in boxers. I was taken back and so was the gentleman that jumped out of bed. My children 14 and 2 seen this. Very uncomfortable! Go back down stairs with my luggage and tell the staff. I didn’t get an apology or anything, told they don’t understand why someone was in that room and assigned a new room! Once I got in that room it was clean and comfortable but boy was that an experience I would never want to happen again!

Clean rooms, comfy bed, clean pool, good breakfast, nice and friendly staff and very quiet you can’t hear anything. I loved that they have free guest room wash and dryer. That was a plus.

Breakfast was great lots of options

We asked to use the grill; service was supposed to run from 8 AM to 10 PM. We made the request at 9:27 PM, but were denied—they didn't even try to accommodate us, even though we were all set and the grills were already running. The front desk employee was extremely rude and refused us service. It is very poor practice to offer a service and then fail to provide it because of one employee.

Great quick stay for being nearby the airport. Great price, room and nearby to many restaurants

We always stay there because of close proximity to the airport , shopping and food areas. Only concern that I have is this time the floor we stayed on smelled moldy when walking to our room. The cleaning service isn’t done daily you have to call front desk to have your room cleaned or if you need toiletries and towels . Other than that it’s a good and convenient place to stay.

Me my husband and our 10 year olds came to stay at this hotel for our family vacation in Florida this year and for Father’s Day on the very first day we had some problems with the room like the remotes for the tvs wasn’t working, staff was notified that same day we checked in on Thursday but didn’t come until Saturday to fix them. Also while we were out on Friday we noticed housekeeping had entered our room without permission and took our towels and forgot to replaced them. I tried to use the phone to notify the front desk and the phone in the room did not work. I had to walk up to the front desk to request towels and we didn’t get towels for 2 hours. The pool had all kinds of leaves and hair floating in it. The breakfast sausages were burnt everyday so we just went out for breakfast daily. But the thing that tops the cake our truck was broken into on the last night there and they stole 3 stackable Dewalt tools box from my husband and I that we worked really hard for to have our own logistics business going for our family. I explained this to the lady at the front desk and she told me that the manager said there is nothing they can do and the cameras in the back of the building were not working I am so disgusted I will never stay at this hotel and I don’t recommend nobody else to stay here if you want to feel safe and secure. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN HANDS DOWN!!!!

Was charged by this hotel for a no-show fee when I indeed showed up to check in later than expected. When I showed up, the front desk assistant assured me I wouldn’t be charged, and when I checked out I noticed the charge was not removed. I later called the hotel to speak with someone and he told me there was nothing he could do. I will never book with them again. They also did not release my $50 hold, and charged my card an amount of 4 times, claiming one of the charges was a $172 authorization hold that would fall off, but I was already charged a $50 authorization hold. Scammers!

Room very clean.and breakfast was amazing

My room was comfortable, clean, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were nice, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and quiet. The reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 stars is that there were a few minor issues that could be improved, such as wait times during check-in and a few areas that could use additional attention to detail. However, these were small concerns and did not significantly impact my stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I would gladly return in the future.

Breakfast was good, nothing mind blowing but good enough to get your day going. The kitchen staff were lovely. My only minor complaints was that we request room service but they did not come. We had to remind the front desk and they dealt with it accordingly. The room was cleaned everyday afterwards. Definitely will stay again as the location was quiet, but still nearby to everything that you would needed.

I absolutely loved my stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was beyond amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff is constantly ensuring that everything is full and clean. I look forward to staying here next year.
