Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport

When we first checked into our room, we dropped off our bags, changed, and headed out by 5:00 PM. I noticed the room was already quite warm, so I lowered the AC thermostat to 61 degrees. My husband and I returned to the hotel at 4:00 AM on Sunday. The room still felt a bit warm, but because we were exhausted, we decided to just go to sleep. When I woke up at 8:00 AM, the room was uncomfortably hot. I checked the AC unit, and although it was still set to 61 degrees, the fan was completely broken and not running. I chose not to call maintenance at that hour because we had a very late night and desperately needed to rest before our three-hour drive back home We checked out at 11:30 AM and approached the front desk. Every one was very nice and helpful. The only problem the bathroom floor was dirty. Looked like it has not been mopped in a while. I was in room 428.

We decided to give Embassy Suites a chance and were extremely disappointed. We checked in only so that we didn’t have to late after an engagement we had. Upon our arrival to our room late that evening it was not clean but we were too exhausted to complain. The sheets had a stain on them, the furniture was dusty and the floor was not vacuumed. In the morning we headed down to the desk and told the front desk and Zulma said she would make a note and get it cleaned. We left for the day and upon coming back late had to call from the room because she sheets were never changed and the room still cleaned. At that point we just wanted the sheets changed so we could go to sleep. In the morning we again spoke to Zulma and told her about having to call for sheets and that the room still wasn’t clean. She credit some of our parking and was very nice and apologetic. Long story short the room still hadn’t received a full cleaning even upon out check out which we relayed. Needless to say we won’t be staying there again.

Anthony at the front desk was most helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient.

I recommend this property. Perfect location for universal and has a free shuttle. Great variety of breakfast options and it’s free. Property is clean and modern.

This is a very nice property especially for the price. If you're looking for a hotel near the airport, you can't beat this location. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Great service and clean property

The only complaint is that the pool was temporarily closed for maintenance. Free access was offered and a sister hotel down the block, but that just added and extra inconvenience.

Pool didn't work, 32 dollars for overnight parking , room felt dirty and disgusting and the pullout bed was so uncomfortable.

I just wish the restaurant stayed opened a longer. AP

Service at the bar (while super, super busy, they were very attentive). Breakfast: many options, good coffee. The happy hour, 2 complimentary drinks, is a plus. And, the best of all: the housekeeping service was outstanding! The pool was closed

Exceptional

This place was fantastic. The free drinks were a wonderful welcome. The breakfast was amazing. As someone who was gluten-free, there were plenty of options for me. We also had dinner while we were here and it was good as well.
