It has very spacious rooms and the property is kept very clean.

The room itself is very nice, spacious and comfortable. I have been coming here for about 15 years and stayed many times. I am disappointed that the resort fee which is effectively a stealth tax seems to increase every year. And now they have introduced a parking charge for your car. The resort seems to introduce or increase its stealth fees every time we visit. And what is the resort fee for? When you book the hotel listing confirms free wifi and use if the pool. They then provide a card saying wifi and use of facilities is covered by the resort fee. So the wifi is not free. And if you only want to use the room and dont need the extra facilities like the sports equipment, wifi, pool etc you are still forced to pay it. I doubt i will be back unless they remove the parking fee as this one is a step too far! Literally holding you to ransom over extra fees! It doesnt look good.

Rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Best stay.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. We were celebrating our anniversary and was surprised they remembered and treated us to a bottle of wine and balloons 😄. Thank you guys. I wish we could stay longer but will be back.

I've stayed at Hilton Grande villas resort more than 10 times, I was very happy with this visit too. Great customer service from the resort staff from easy check in & out, bringing fresh towels, coffee and cleaning plus so many amenities to enjoy, mini golf, corn hole, bocce, arts & crafts, gym, by the pool ice cream social, trivia & bingo. The on site store/deli restaurant is very good all food ordered was delicious, and the friendly staff at the pool bar. This resort is located near grocery, pharmacy, gas station, dollar tree, liquor store & restaurants and just blocks from outlets, Disney springs and the interstate.

This was a very, very nice place to stay. The kids had their own room and bath. Our room and bath included the jacuzzi tub and screened in porch access. The kids asked if we could stay here every time we vacation!! We probably will. Rooms were clean. Kitchen was clean and stocked with useful cooking needs/essentials. We walked to the gym and worked out together. It was great!!! Very happy for the price, cleanliness, and having plenty of room!!

My 2 bedroom suite was clean and well put together. Staff were helpful and informative.

Nothing but 5-stars in every category!! By far the best place I’ve stayed at in some time, my wife and I like to travel frequently.

Everything was great other then the people staying next to us locking each other out and banging on doors and yelling at each other in a drunken fight

Great space with a kitchen and huge bathroom. The pool was super fun for the kids and the activities were super fun when we could join in. The staff is extremely helpful. The music was left on over night at the pool and as soon as I reached out to ask for it to be lowered, they immediately apologized, shared it was a mistake and fixed it. It feels very at home in the space, which after long days at Disney is what you need!!!!
