Had an amazing stay! The staff greeted me promptly and were very friendly and polite. The room as clean and spacious! Conveniently located by everything.

Based on my stay everything was clean on our room floors , bed sheets, toilet , shower and towels . Staff at check in super friendly my flight got delayed i ended arriving 2am the check in was fast front desk person super helpful. 10/10 will be visiting again !!!!

It was nice. Really decent.

Another major issue was the hot water. The shower and tub only had cold water, and the sink water took quite a while to warm up. Additionally, most of the rooms appear to be connected by adjoining doors, so noise from neighboring rooms carries very easily. One night I was unable to sleep because the guests next door were being extremely loud, throwing things around, and arguing. The following day, they were repeatedly banging on doors. It made for a very unpleasant stay. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and the room included a mini fridge and microwave, which were very convenient. The bathtub was also quite large. Most importantly, the hotel's location is excellent—it's close to attractions, restaurants, and other nearby activities, making it easy to get around. Overall, I would rate my experience a 5/10. While the location and room amenities were nice, the lack of service, hot water issues, and excessive noise made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay.

Helpful staff Family- friendly Pool temperature was excellent for the hot weather. We stayde 3 years in a row in grande villas, across the street, and it was impossible to cool down because pool was warm. Overall good resort for the price

Everything was absolutely amazing. This was our first time staying here and most definitely will be back. Clean, quiet and family friendly!

Breakfast was not what I expected horrible. Some of the food in that place look like probably had an expiration on it. I was switched 23 rooms until I found a room that I was comfortable in.

Rooms was amazing wasn't expecting something this good and it was a great location to the Disney parks.

Always amazing staying here I would recommend getting a two bedroom room just for the added space
