The stays at Fairfield have always been extremely pleasant. The environment is welcoming and cozy. Makes you feel like home. My family never want to leave when we’re there!!

Small parking lot. Room smelled muggy... like it needed to be aired out. The upside, the refrigerator gets nice and cold! Staff was very helpful.

I really like the estay and the staffs are very friendly and supportive. The only downside is the parking there is not enough parking space available i spend more than 30 minutes looking for a parking space.

Was not happy about the fact that you have to pay for parking at this hotel that doesn't have enough parking to handle the number of guests. $16.99 a day plus hotel fees and tax. The amazing thing was, every night there was NO parking available for hotel guests. I complained and got my money back.

Great location and staff- not the best parking at night being so close to Icon Park. but still a fantastic stay!

Very close to the action without being in all the hustle and bustle. Parking is extra but worth it given the location.

We stopped by in early June so a lot of people there at breakfast, however, the breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

The hotel charges for parking, yet the main parking area appears insufficient for the number of guests. When the lot fills up, guests are directed to additional parking areas around the property. These overflow areas have limited lighting, and there was no visible information regarding security cameras or monitoring. When I raised concerns, staff assured me the area was generally safe but also stated that the hotel would not be responsible for any damage, theft, or other incidents involving parked vehicles. This puts guests in an uncomfortable position—paying for parking while assuming all of the risk themselves. I am not suggesting the area is unsafe, but travelers should be aware of the situation before booking. If the hotel charges for parking, it should either provide a more secure and adequately lit parking experience or clearly disclose the parking limitations and liability policy upfront so guests can make an informed decision.

It was okay. Nothing too fancy. I would like to say they need to add more parking to accommodate their guests especially if I have to pay $16 a day. I want to be able to enjoy my vacation to the fullest and not worrying about getting to the hotel early to get a spot for parking. The two nights I was there I had to park in a back of an alley. Not good.

B Breakfast MUY POBRE , dicen Buffet y no alcanza siquiera ni para ser Continental. Malo para ser de la cadena Marriott. El estacionamiento , 16 Dollares por noche y nunca vi un guardia.

Excelente opción para toda la familia que desea tener una fabulosas vacaciones, muy buena atención de todos los trabajadores del hotel, muy buena variedad en los desayunos, pero sobre todo recalcó el profesionalismo y atención de los trabajadores, en especial para Catalina, que nos atendió muy bien en los desayunos durante nuestra estadía allí, 100% vamos a volver a hospedarnos allá, recomendado

Love the family suite, very roomy and comfortable.

The room was nice but the AC unit seemed very loud. It woke me up when it would kick on overnight. Also, the parking lot is small and I had to park off-property even though I had paid for parking. The free breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast staff were super friendly.

Hotel muy limpio organizado y bien ubicado. Lo recomiendo.

Suspect by white collar rapist . Television programs( very little). Bed & pillows.plus stale rags or towels , bathroom timing lost( wear & tare) etc..Needs renovation
