DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando Downtown

The Doubletree stay were excellent a 5 rating is not enough it should a10 or higher the staff were above friendly and parking were great and the rooms smell fresh and clean lso very spacious I have already i form my family and friends if they are planning a trip Doubletree is the place to stay.

This is a great place to stay! The local restaurants are awesome. This is not the Disney Orlando. This is where you go to discover local gems. There was a wonderful Thai Food restaurant that we walked to. This is right by the highway so it's easy to get on and off. It's about 30 minutes away from Disney, but it's worth it to check out downtown Orlando too. I think a lot of people who stay here either find it a nice surprise or for them. It's too far away from the theme parks. I went up to the pool area and somebody was raving how relaxing it was because she had it all to herself. I'm sure it gets busy when there are functions in the hotel but we just enjoyed the fact that it wasn't too crowded and it was a clean decent place to stay..

I make a reservation with breakfast included and when I went to eat they wanted to charge me for it

The hotel was a nice appearance. I didn't like that everyday I was told I don't have breakfast included with my room although I paid for my kids and I to eat breakfast everyday. I also had a hard time with parking. Everyday again it's going to the front desk to tell them I have self parking included. This was not a great place and it didn't make me feel like I was welcomed.

House keeper not nice so mean and parking lot shouldn’t charge customers $35 a night unless they want the VIP parking

Staff was very helpful, & hotel was clean and very convenient to the destination for our trip. Elevators could use some TLC - many guests including my friend and I felt concerned getting on and off. Room keys and parking garage not connecting properly was a bit frustrating for trying to get in and out when you are spending $32/nightly on parking garage

No le recomiendo este hotel a nadie, la piscina estaba sucia y con moho, los drenajes de la piscina tapados con tierra, los bordes de piedra de la piscina rotos, lo que podria ocasionarle una herida severa a cualquier persona, las rejillas de los Aires acodicionados super sucias en las habitaciones y los pasillos, los pasamanos en los elevadores rotos y con tornillos sueltos, las habitaciones se Brian Macias y sucias, los telecoms de las habitaciones le faltaban teclas. En la vida real el hotel no tiene nada q ver con las fotos que se muestran en las diferentes platforms de venta. Yo no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Everything was 10/10 will be back ..

Clean room, staff were nice and helpful. Parking is the only issue since you have to pay 33 to self park in their building or 37 to valet parking. Or park on the street if you can find parking at all

Room had a musty smell. For the price per night I was expecting more, carpet looked dirty.
