Friendly staff. Pet friendly. Decent breakfast options.

**** This time, Breakfast had many options. I wish we could get our room cleaned though when we asked. I went down to the receptionist and ask if our room could be cleaned or help with the trash out but after coming back to the room, nothing was done. Slept in the room with trash, smelling. There was no trash bag either. If I had known there was no trash bag in the room, I would have brought my trash bag and do it myself. 2 towels for family of 5. No pull out sofa covers/blankets. I like that you can log in to your Netflix and YouTube account and watch movies.

It was a great experience. Staff helpful and friendly.

Staff were friendly

Location was perfect, and the breakfasts were excellent - especially the cheese omelets, bacon, melon, and coffee. I had a King suite that had 2 TV's, unfortunately the one in front of the King bed did not work. I also didn't have any towels, so I had to call the front desk and have someone bring a few up to the 4th floor.

One day before my son’s wedding they sent an email canceling our reservation due to overbooking. Thank goodness I called the hotel and manager got it taken care of. Don’t use hotels.com

Great breakfast. Lovely lady managing all the stations. Buscuits and gravy.

The AC didn’t seem to keep up with the room so it seemed a little warm while trying to sleep .

Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer.

Very clean and quiet. Comfy bed and pillows nothing.

We enjoy staying there. The room is nice and comfortable. The staff the breakfast the cleanliness see you again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had an issue with the door but overall we will be back! Parking is a challenge!

Room was very clean. The morning staff was very friendly but the afternoon checkin staff person was not welcoming at all. The room was very comfortable and the whole property appeared well-maintained.

Very clean though I thouhgt the price was a little high for this property but better than other properties with less amenities.

Room was clean. No trash bag in trash can in room. Breakfast wasn’t great. But got a cheap room at last minute!

Staff, very nice

The king size bed is not a true king, it’s small and hard as a board to sleep on. Housekeeping did not leave all the toiletries in the room, we had to ask for towels and washcloths. And did not leave us Kleenex, soap, or lotion, I also had to ask for the body wash in the shower to be refilled, as it was empty when we got there. We stayed 3 nights and if I didn’t ask for housekeeping to tidy up the room, she would gave never come. The cleanliness was ok, I found a dirty metal spoon at the ride of the bed and the bathroom could have been cleaner. I probably would not stay here again. Spend the extra money and stay at a courtyard by Marriott instead.
