The only drawback was the bar was closed on Sunday.

Nice hotel, convenient location. It would’ve been nice to have a restaurant inside the hotel. However, there were plenty of dining options, not too far away.

I liked everything, except they need to bring back the alarm clocks and not assume everyone uses their cellphone.

Very clean with friendly staff. We dined at one of the nearby restaurants, Firebird Grill, which was very good. The hotel lobby bar was open until 9pm, and breakfast was available for under $13.

I want to begin by saying that every staff member I encountered was courteous and professional. However, there were several significant issues with my room and the hotel facilities that greatly impacted my stay. When I first entered my room, there was a very strong, unpleasant odor. I opened the window and left for several hours, hoping it would air out, but the smell remained just as bad when I returned. I also noticed small orange stains on the bed sheets, which was concerning. Additionally, the in-room toiletries were empty, leaving me without soap or shampoo when I needed them. I was also unable to access the fitness center, the ice machine was out of service, and my room key had to be replaced four separate times before it would reliably work. To add to the inconvenience, the bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning. While I understand that some issues are beyond the hotel's control, there was also significant noise from children running up and down the hallway around 1:00 a.m., which further disrupted my stay.
