Most of the hotel’s amenities and facilities were either broken or unusable. There were holes in the walls, broken power outlets, a broken TV, an air conditioner that couldn’t regulate the temperature, and an old, dirty carpet. The pool, gym, and restaurant were all out of service. Thankfully, the bed and linens were clean, which was the only positive part of the stay.

Bad, bad, Bad smell, dirty smell and dirty carpet. The sign of not smoking place was only a sign because a soon as you get at the lobby was smoke smell.

HEALTH HAZARD—NOT SAFE!!! Do not stay here. This was the most disgusting and ghetto hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. It literally made Motel 6 seem like the Taj Mahal. There was blood on the walls and the lampshade, the walls were black, the pillows were dirty and grimy, there was old, dirty mattresses outside the window, the door was kicked in and the would not lock. The glass in the front of the office was broken, the elevators had blood on it, and the carpet was absolutely disgusting. There were so many people loitering around the property, it did not feel safe at all. I ended up leaving after five minutes of being in the hotel room. The pictures on Expedia are 100% deceiving.!!! at the end of the night the person behind the counter was wearing a mask and a bulletproof vest, if that says anything about the property!

Outdated old carpets. Squeaky bed. No day to day room service..poor parking. May cost 10 dollars a day out back. Swimming pool and exercise room shut down. Friendly staff. Quieter than most hotels near by.

For the price it was worth it. The outside is dirty and disgusting elevators are nasty outside is very dirty but the room was spacious and clean so was fine with me if you just need somewhere to rest and that’s it.

This Hotel, the Oakland Airport Executive Hotel was the place to be back in the day if you were a Raiders fan. The rooms are twice as big, with plenty of furniture, and King Beds or two queens in a lot of rooms. The first thing is how good you feel when you walk into your room. Fresh. Large. Nice. NICE. Every room has a view, safe, clean, lots of paid parking WHICH I LIKE SO SECURITY KEEPS AN EYE ON MY RIDE. And the most chill g staff ever. Respectful hellpfull. Written by Santana. Thank you!!

Very nice and clean

Staff exemplifies hospitality and professional courtesy, and is always so friendly and enthusiastic about being helpful, it says everything about owners and management. The rooms are huge, clean, and very well appointed. A room here is like a suite at other places. Really big TVs, desks, dressers, table & chairs, nightstands and lamps on both sides of the bed with QUALITY mattresses, full length mirror

Absolutely nothing. This was like checking into a crack hotel. I was literally in fear for my safety. The lobby, elevator and room was disgusting. I didn’t want to touch anything. It was so bad we left right away and paid triple the price to stay somewhere else for the night.

Absolutely nothing. Was either human or dog shit in the front where you walk in.And flys in the lobby I didn’t like how there was no parking nor welcoming people
-
Nut stains, blood stains and piss all over the bed and sheets, door handle fell off, stains and rust all in the hallways
-
This property is in severe disrepair and looks nothing like the photos. There was no staff at the front desk and we were unable to check in even after waiting.

I didn't like anything. My room was very dirty. The ceiling was falling down in one area and there was black mold in the bathroom. The condition of the entire hotel looks absolutely nothing like it does online and it is a very dirty hotel. The staff at this hotel was also very rude. They didn't care about my concerns and brushed me off.
