Clean, safe and convenient.

The location was very convenient and situated in a quiet area, which made for a relaxing stay. The property was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout my visit, which was greatly appreciated. I also want to recognize the housekeeping staff for keeping the room clean and tidy every day. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

June 26,2026 - Whoever was working the front desk this morning at 2 am was wonderful. (Her name may have been Emma). She welcomed us weary travelers from the east coast with a smile and pleasant manner-even at that time in the morning! She made our one night stay a pleasant one! Thank you!

Clean room

This is an older property, BUT is sooooo convenient for anyone flying out of Oakland airport--free Lyft ride arranged by the front desk, too. AND the staff is incredible. Got help with a small room hiccup after checking in and the efficient engineer was great!

Horrible hotel they charge for everything and don’t tell you $20 to park night if you don’t put pass in window they charge $20 and report you to the police department even if you stay here. Also they don’t except Cash App Venmo chime and don’t tell you. Keys for hotel stop working after 1-2 use

Convenient for a on-night stay. Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The overall cleanliness could definitely be improved, and there was even an unpleasant smell in the hallways throughout our stay. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, although I understand that this can be a matter of personal preference. The location was also a major downside. There is nothing within walking distance — not a single restaurant, café or place to grab a meal nearby. The hotel itself only offers a small café with a very limited menu, and the quality of the food was rather questionable. Overall, this hotel might work for a very short stay if you have a car and don’t plan to spend much time there, but based on our experience, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Bed comfortable Absolutely NO HOT WATER! Could Not shower.

I was told by staff at front desk that I would be getting Lyft ride to airport at 5:30am. It turns out there was no appt made. Second, the tv was inoperable most of the 4 hours I watched prior to going to sleep. I will not be back here.

Clean room

The hotel is very close the airport, staff is friendly and the place is clean

Overall the property was fine for a very short stay, but the rooms need some serious updating. The tub was old and the drain was broken. The lightening was poor in the room and the one restaurant had very bad food options. The area itself wasn’t safe and I wouldn’t recommend for solo travelers.

Other than our room smelling strongly of weed, the sewer coming up from the sink, and roaches in our room, it was okay.

Superb

The staff was amazing. The television didnt work. The pool was out of order. There was smoke in the hallway that no one could figure out where it came from. They didnt have enough food items to offer. The elevator was shakey.

Excellent place to stay. We were very happy. Only issue was the refrigerator. It had a button to push to turn it on and it kept it on for 2 hours and then it stopped. Lost the food we put in it, but still a great place to stay.

The hotel itself was nice. It was clean and we always saw workers cleaning. Our room was spacious, had bathroom amenities, fridge and nice, cozy beds. When we opened the door to our room it had the smell of old cigarettes, but opening the window helped. (Hopefully they see this and take care of it) The pool was small, but perfect! We were the only ones there all day. Very clean, had nice lounge chairs in the sun and shade as well as clean towels. The only negative was there weren't bathrooms nearby. We had to go to our room. There are plenty of quick eats nearby; Chipotle, Round Table, etc. There is a Chevron with a quick mart that had everything we needed (sunscreen and White Claw, lol) Public bus was right outside and only 2-3 stops from a major BART station, which was at the coliseum/arena. The free transportation to the airport was excellent! We called when we landed and we were picked up within minutes. Now, don't expect the nicest neighborhood. But, we felt safe. It was just myself and my daughter. I'd recommend if you're main destination was the coliseum or arena or just a place to lay your head. Otherwise, there's not much around.
