Pool. B Room old and outdated. Toilet did not work well or the shower.

Good news was the breakfast and location near our destination. Large fridge and freezer is good. The room was generally clean but the kitchen floor was a little sticky, the toilet seat moved, and the couch in the TV Room was either broken or underneath the cushions or frame on the one side was lower than the other side. They could of gave us a few extra towels as we were there for 2.5 days and no cleaning done to the room. Overall I would rate it a "B"

I would recommend this place to stay if asked.

The rooms were spacious.

My stay here was decent for the most part. Our suite had way more than I expected. There were a few minor things that I ran into but nothing major. The breakfast was really good and when the food ran low there was always someone there refilling it. The front desk workers were really nice and attentive.

The room and bathroom was relatively “clean” but the furniture and fixtures were old, dingy and stained. I booked a room with an alleged price guarantee through Expedia for two nights, which, according to them was a minimum per property rules. The room rate was found to be much less via direct booking at the property. Expedia refused to honor their price guarantee because I did not notify them until after I had checked in. Because of some options to change our itinerary, when I arrived I asked the desk attendant if an early checkout was possible as I potentially only needed to stay one night. She told me was certainty that they would allow me to check out and authorize a refund for 1 night however, it would need to come from Expedia since that is who booked through and that Expedia could contact them to verify the property authorized an early and confirm the checkout date. When I attempted to do this through Expedia, after 45 minutes of being given the runaround and them going back-and-forth with the property I was told my refund was denied. Neither the property nor Expedia would standby the customer, but rather chose to behave as agents who rely upon technicalities to rip off consumers. I paid a premium rate for 2 nights and was delivered 1 night

The accommodations were perfect for us - 2 bedroom suite and a welcoming environment for our dog - we came for the graduation and the location was perfect - across from the stadium. The staff especially Denise and Dawn were friendly, helpful and just did everything possible to make us comfortable even accommodating a late checkout request.

I loved everything. My room was cozy and comfortable. I love that they have a pool and exercise room. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay.

The general manager was extremely rude and unhelpful when there was an issue with my booking. I was refused any invoice or receipt to show the status of my booking cancellation or changes while standing at the front desk- I was turned away due to “rooms being full” despite having a confirmed booking and being a Hilton honors member.
