Clean room. Friendly front desk.

First room had a broken hinge on the bathroom door and it couldn't be shut. Moved to another room and noicrowave, but it was our last night so we just did without it.

Room was not good ..not really clean...bed was uncomfortable and the tv stations for the satellite was out more than in...

Staff was very friendly and helpful and location was close to event I was attending. My room had bugs! I am not sure if it was because room wasnt clean or if it was because my room was on side with grass outside. Family members had rooms on opposite side of hotel and they didnt see bugs.

I didn’t stay for more than 24 hrs so didn’t need any help. The staff was friendly at the desk. Rooms were outdated and you could hear people in o ther rooms. Would not go back.

Room was clean but had a funny smell.

No breakfast offered at this facility. Had to leave premises for breakfast. I needed an accessible room due to mobility issues. The first room we were given on the first floor was wonderful! The reason I had to leave was my inability to step into the tub. I needed a walk-in shower. WE were then given a room on the fifth floor. It was horrible compared to the first room - like night and day! The room was half the size of the first one. There was a hole in the wall with no door for a closet - the first room had a big closet with doors. You didn't even have room to hang your clothes without touching the dirty floor. The shower was the worst. The small rail that supposedly kept the water in was rusted and pulled away from the frame. The shower head was placed for a person in a seated position. If you moved the shower head, water squirted everywhere. The floor was filled with water by the time I got out; the bath mat was drenched and so was the floor. The microwave was so difficult to use, we had to get help. This room was a big disappointment.

Very clean! LOVED THAT! ???? 1: NO breakfast not even continental 2: NO Pool. For summer that would be wonderful ? 3: Parking (Especially Disabled) need more spaces.

The shower had the best water pressure, the beds were comfortable, and the lady at the front desk was professional and friendly.

Rooms were clean and functional. Reserved a 2 bed room and got 1 small bed. Not even a king size for for taking a bed away. This is the third IHG reservation where they did not honor the reservation and I got downsized for the same price. Looking else but facilities were ok at this hotel and staff was very nice.
