Friendly but needs better upkeep; there was no protein at breakfast; no pool; needs better location

The stay was decent, but the internet didn’t work and you couldn’t watch the TV… the staff sent someone to fix it.. but was no real help..

Nice rooms… Very pleasant stay… Great location for the University of Delaware!

Staff was nice and helpful.

Carpets are old and need to be replaced.

The room was clean, the staff was very responsive and courteous, and as I had gone up to specifically attend a graduation at the Bob Carpenter center, location was excellent... but for the amount we paid 264.00 about, plus they charged a $100 fee (refundable) but inconvenient, the room was a huge disappointment and definitely not worth $264.00, it was small, almost claustrophobic, it contained 2 beds, a tiny bathroom with only a shower, a tiny microwave & fridge. There was a tv, a small desk and chair all along one wall. At the very least the room could have been a bit bigger and contained a regular chair or couch. Will not stay there again for that amount of money

I was charged double holding 200 deposit. Still waiting for it to return

The receptionist Kathy was very polite and accommodating. The staff was not. I did not appreciate the way their maintenance fellow handled a situation with the rooms assigned. The first room had a bad odor, and the second room TV was not working. My experience was so stressful that I had to find accommodations elsewhere. I will never stay at a Baymont hotel again and will not recommend to any one.

Room was clean, it was quiet, staff was friendly and knowledgeable about places and suggested places to eat and explore.

Didn’t make breakfast but coffee was available. All good.

Proximity to university It was run down, and in need of serious repair. Peeling paint, rooms musty and smelled like smoke. Carpets dirty and worn.

Location was convenient to my grandson’s graduation. Didn’t pick up used towels or make bed. Breakfast doesn’t include eggs except on weekend

Location close to my grandson’s graduation After a 2 day stay, never picked up towels or made bed. Food was terrible and they say they only serve eggs on weekend. Would never stay or book a Baymont Inn again and Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated with them

Location was close to where I needed to be for my grandson’s graduation For the rates they are charging, didn’t bother to pick up used towels or even make bed. Was told breakfast food only contains eggs on weekend. This place has a long way to go to being acceptable.

This is an old hotel. It had been redone and worked well for us. Unfortunately, we were in room 202 which is near the elevator. Very loud when it was running. Wife did not sleep well. Hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Thank you
