The check-in staff was the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever interacted with. They accommodated my early check-in after a red eye flight for a small fee. A great location at a fair price.

Great place at a good price. Staff was very helpful and friendly and there is a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. They have a gym and some vending machines but not a ton of amenities so great for business travelers. Good location to the trade center and transportation.

The hotel is in a great spot by the 9/11 memorial and Oculus for transport links and the rooftop bar on the 20th floor has amazing views over the memorial and the nearby skyscrapers, it looked amazing at night with all the lights, loved the views from the open terrace too. I loved my stay there and the room was a decent size and the bed was super comfy also loved the fact you could help yourself to tea, coffee and chilled water at any time in the lobby, available 24/7. I had breakfast and dinner in the rooftop bar, the food was delicious but very expensive in my opinion for the portion size. Some of the staff at the hotel had a typical impatient New Yorker attitude which in the UK would be deemed rude but I know its just the way they are. I wont take the excuse that its the fast paced lifestyle when it was just me there when I needed help, I felt awkward and uncomfortable for asking sometimes. In spite of this, I would still highly recommend the hotel and would stay again but think the customer service could be better.
