The views are great but the hotel it self is dark, dirty and only 1 elevator works.. when you call the front desk from the room no one answers. You have to call from your cell phone. The room was dirty hair on the floor on the bathroom counters and towels dirty

BEWARE! This hotel is promoting false advertisement. There is no outside sitting both bars outside and inside are closed. Our original room toilet was absolutely disgusting. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Loved my weekend here! Absolutely loved the staff everyone was super helpful and friendly which was great as a solo traveler. I had a corner room with a view and it was gorgeous, definitely recommend pay any additional fee to get this room. Only thing is that I my room didn’t have any wash rags, just towels which was odd but wasn’t the end of the world. Shower floors and walls are black but as a super cleaner I could tell it needed a bit more scrubbing in the tiles and corners. Aside from that, loved the property, staff, room, & location. Will definitely be staying here again!

The room was clean and well maintained. We received clean towels both days that we stayed. The issue we had was that on the property description we were told there was a roof top and that was incorrect. When we asked the one receptionist he was very rude to us. He was the only person that treated us in such a dismissive manner. Everyone else from check in to check out was amazing.

There was mold on my bathroom ceiling (I’m allergic), felt like surface level clean. Dust everywhere, toilet paper holder was nearly falling off the wall, scuffs all over the walls, hair in the sink and on the toilet when I arrived.

The accessibility was great. I’m 36 and I have never seen a push button INSIDE of the room. As a wheelchair user, my only suggestion would be to consider adding an additional push button(s) to enter and exit the room.

No coffee in the room so bring a coffee pot. We felt the bed was too soft and we didn't like the soft pillows.
