Very clean, had a nice restaurant attached. The bar on the 6th floor is great for some cocktails. Hotel is in a good location

It is in a good location to visit the World Trade Center and the 9/11 memorials etc . Good subway connection to places in north manhattan.

The staff was super friendly and eager to help with any questions. There is also several places to eat around the hotel plus the a restaurant on-site. The subway system is also near.

Was only here for one night. The staff were very nice and helpful. Loved the location of the hotel! Hotel was nice and clean. The only con is the luggage situation. Holding and collecting bags takes a while as they only have one person doing it. Other than that, great hotel. I would recommend!

The location is great and very convenient. The hotel is clean and fairly quiet. The elevators are also quick, we were on the 28th floor and didn't have to wait long for an elevator to come.

The hotel was in a great location. Nice staff and rooms/hotel common areas very clean. Nice bar in the hotel as well where we could watch World Cup games.

Clean room and property, the staff were friendly, and the space was great to stay for a weekend. I wish there was a shampoo/conditioner set either in addition or in lieu of the hair wash. I also wish there was hand and body lotion, similar to other properties I’ve stayed at. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in a wonderful area! Highly recommend.

Clean room, kind staff, good location if you're looking for something a bit quieter than Midtown Manhattan. Price was a bit high but that's Manhattan in general especially during the World Cup.
