Dirty, toilets clogged for days without getting cleaned, significant water damage everywhere, showers under construction, doors shut loudly waking you up through night, hot in hallways, dirty floors.

For New York the staff was friendly and helpful about storing my luggage until 3pm. Also, it was great being able to work out with excellent sports equipment and pool.

There were a lot of teenagers without a visible chaperone on our floor, and they were loud starting at about 6 o''clock in the morning. Many of them did not speak English, though, so when we asked them to be quiet, we got blank stares.

This was more of a hostel. Bare bones rooms and shared bathrooms. Stayed here in a pinch but there is nothing luxury about this place. Had a bunk bed and it was not that comfortable. This place is showing its age and can use a renovation.

I booked a room on your app successfully at 14th. When I arrived that hotel, they didn''t allow me to check in, and said that my reservation was made too late. I instantly had a call to your staff but didnt get response from you.

I chose it for location, but never will do it again. You basically get a Bank bed with no toilet/ shower nearby. I was never in my room, but you can't even breathe in this space
