Riverside Tower Hotel

Exceptional

Location.. only there for 2 nights, found it enjoyable for our 1st trip to New York Room was a little small but we were only there while sleeping, so wasn't a big problem

The staff is super kind and helpful, room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, the sight in the river is very nice, the area is central but very quite. Overall this hotel is a fantastic choice! My single room was extremely tiny, I had a big luggage and it was difficult to keep it open and have room to move around, but it was manageable.

Small hotel, and small rooms but entirely functional, clean and comfortable. Bed was great as was shower Location is superb - walking distance to Broadway and Amsterdam and all the bars and restaurants etc. Upper West is lovely neighbourhood without the intensity of crowds that Midtown has Also easy walk to No1 subway line so getting around was easy AC unit in room was pretty noisy

Great value for money, small clean hotel. A bit farther away but still decent location for NY city for this money

Location was excellent. Walkable, very quiet and yet close to shops and restaurants. The room was tiny. Access to bed from one side. AC kept switching itself off, so room became uncomfortably warm during the night.

Comfortable mattresses, quiet room Coffee was NOT available in the lobby in the morning as advertised. They didn't have it ready until about 9 am when it was supposed to be available at 7. No coffee in the room either.

Great location, one of the best parts of Manhattan. Helpful staff. Rooms were a bit stuffy but for 70sqft in Manhattan this is not out of the normal.

Great location, loved being by the river and so close to Central Park. Clean, modern decor, small rooms, but absolutely grand for our short stay. Lovely surrounding area. Nothing worth mentioning, as overall we loved our stay.

Nice quiet residential neighborhood Nice view of the river Very small room, slow and small elevators. Additionally, noise from corridor and elevators got easily into my room

Location, staff The wall between the beds and the bathroom. The bunk bed room only good for close relatives, you can see through the bathroom wall while you are in the room. no place to work. only good for a night sleep. but still pricey.

Superb

The staff was very helpful and always cheerful. Coffee and tea available in the lobby was welcome, as was the convenience of luggage storage for early arrivals and late departures. Added bonus was a great view!

It was very good located, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like that there was no open channels to watch TV
