On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived the front desk helped us to sort out our parking situation in a very hands-on and helpful way.
-
Be sure to bring your own shower cap, etc. and the coffee machines are old temperamental k machines

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious well equipped room. Couldn’t have been happier.

Location was great. Staff also really nice and helpful. Beds, particularly sofa bed very uncomfortable No hot water of morning of departure so had cold showers, not great having paid c€600/night The smell in the corridors was quite bad

Location with very close access to the subway; configuration of room was great for 3 people; comfort, staff friendliness. Great addition of fridge, tableware. Bathroom was small but it was fine!!

Maid never showed up to replace dirty dishes in sink, clean room, make the beds or disposed of garbage on daily basis. I reported large cockroach in kitchen. After complaint, several staff members showed up and cleaned everything but were unable to find the cockroach.

Great location. Staff was great but unfortunately no restaurant or bar like Expedia said.

From check in to check out the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location near Central Park and close to the subway. The hotel provided details of local restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket across the road and a wine/spirits store next door. Rooms have a separate sitting area and kitchen. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar on site as advertised by Hotels. com although you can eat and drink nearby.

It is very quiet and peaceful considering its location. The room was very clean. Staff very pleasant. We will come back again for sure The water pressure in the shower was like a fire hose, but I guess that is better than no water pressure at all.

Loved our stay. The location is great and our experience was very positive.
-
Location was close to subway, peaceful area, more local vibe feel. More spacious than most nyc rooms and had an awesome street view. Lots of doormen and staff working at all hours. The price was a bit high for just a room not really any amenities like breakfast, coffee in lobby, pool. And be careful the lip getting into bathroom can be annoying.

Excellent location on the Upper West Side, close to Central Park, subway stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet for New York City. We also appreciated having a full kitchenette with all the basic kitchen supplies, which was very convenient for a family with children. The hotel feels dated and could benefit from some modernization. While everything was functional and clean, the rooms have a more classic style rather than a modern hotel feel. Storage space for luggage was limited, and there was no full-length mirror or dedicated vanity area, which would have been helpful. Some furnishings and fixtures could use updating.
