ravel has a 10 stayed there over 60 times in a year no complaints

First off, the free upgrade had me sold! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was extremely spacious and clean and I had the best view of the bridge. The free access to the roof top pool beach club! Even though they beach club was being weird but hey my stay was great and looking forward to staying there again

I have not yet received my security amount of 150$ which the hotel staff informed me that it would be credited back to my forex account immediately after check out. However its been 30 days now and i have not yet received it back. The forex card issuer informed me that i need to contact the hotel.

Very disappointing overall.

Staff is not helpful trying to locate your missing chargers i lost not one but two chargers on different days and when i called to get any help they always directed my calls to someone else in charge over missing items and then that person told me nothing was left behind or reported meaning the cleaning ladies or guys can steal your belongings and claim nothing-was there. Makes me want to record the theft going on here. I lost $100 brick an apple cable on one occasion and then my brick and cable of my macbook equals $140. The management needs to be more careful and responsible for their staff’s actions the guest are not going to make this up especially after having a good night.

Not all rooms got good view and the noise from the air conditioning in the balcony is annoying. Parking is limited due to summer club. Arrive early.

Staff was helpful when we asked for extra towels, if ice was needed we were located near to it. Just the loud music playing from the summer club can be excessive at times. Parking is not free and can all be taken due to guest for the summer club l.

I reserved a king premium unit with balcony. The balcony view to the bridge was blocked by thick wire cables the picture for the room was deceiving . The building is old and was renovated but poorly . I would have saved my money and went to another hotel.

This place is smokes and mirrors. False advertising Terrible dodgy, diy wall repairs with holes in the wall and radiators noises If you ever get assigned room 203, run like the plague. You will get zero sleep. They are cheap, who keeps the hallway lights on off and turns them on a night. 0 star crap hole.

I’ve stayed at Ravel Hotel multiple times, simply for leisure and to relax, and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff is welcoming, and the city views are absolutely breathtaking. I’ll always book a balcony room because waking up to that incredible view makes every stay worth it. One of my favorite places for a relaxing getaway, and I’ll definitely be back again!

It has a unique vibe and location. Industrial next to East River with great view of Manhattan and Kotch bridge. Great place to party! Sucks if you need rest. Management knows and will/can do nothing about it. They need to be very up front about party environment, but they aren't, so they suck, and they know it. Suck town USA.
