Room is extra extra tiny . Just for a couple only

Also - pasta dinner at Bar Rocco was absolutely delicious.

Great location and amenities. Will say the room was a bit smaller than expected but very clean and well decorated. Would recommend and def stay here again.

New clean hotel. Amazing staff. Will be back.

Great hotel, and prime location. Staff were friendly upon entry, assisted me with direction and path to checking in. Rooms were very small, but thats typical for New York hotels. So I wasn't shocked and it made do for a nice weekend get away. Check in took a little long, but that was due to them being swamped with a million tourist in town for the games. Overall, I would return and recommend.

This hotel room was the smallest hotel room that I have ever seen. There was no counter space, very little closet and no extra seating other than the bed. It was too small for one person and definitely too small for two people. It was very very clean and they provided very nice soaps and shampoos. Breakfast was very good but staff was slow.

We booked this night for my daughter and her fiance to use the room to prepare for their evening wedding and have a nice night and morning afterward. The hotel could not even accommodate getting them into their room by check-in time, and all four of us had to juggle and get ready in our tiny room. We were already at the wedding site when the hotel finally called to say we could pick up the key to the room. In the morning, the newlyweds could not order room service because the room phone would not work to call the front desk for the menu. I texted with staff who said that was how to do it and when I let them know the phone wasn't working, they said they would send an engineer to fix it. That did not happen in time for them to order breakfast before checkout. The Kimpton Era really let us down for this part of a very special occasion.

The room was so tiny that you can't really have two medium sized suitcases in it and still get around. It is not set up well for such a small space to accommodate travelers. The staff were all very friendly and seemed to want to be helpful, but just aren't ready for top-notch hospitality yet. We expected better of the Kimpton brand.

Also the room we had was TOO TOO TOO Small. And I had not been notified about that and when I checked in I could have been advised and given a choice to change rooms even if I would have to pay a bit more. At any rate, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable but I use a CPap Machine and there was only the floor to put it on. So I am going to think twice about booking with this hotel in this location again. The people who worked there were great and the staff was professional but with the elevator and the teeny tiny room - ???????

I will definitely include in my Midtown rotation. Rooms are smaller vs competition for the price, but one of the best hotel gyms.

I’m obsessed with this hotel I wish I found it sooner. It’s exactly the location I need and nothing is better than the rock alone coffee, and the social hour I’m hooked and the staff was awesome.

Brand new, beautiful hotel. Room was small but immaculate. Gym was extremely nice. Location was central and extremely convenient.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly, and you can't beat the awesome location. I will stay again!

Beautiful new hotel (opened 3 months ago). Loved the hotel design and facilities and it had great food and drink options in addition to tea and coffee in the lobby and afternoon happy hour. Rooms were well appointed but typical of NYC- they were very small. We had a drink at the beautiful rooftop bar but you had to exit the hotel and enter through service elevator to reach it- although there was a button to access from interior guest elevators. I'm assuming this is a temporary issue that will be resolved.

When we arrived the room was ridiculously small! No place for bags. Very hard to walk around the beds. No space for the wheelchair. Very uncomfortable for family! Our requests to move us to the different room was denied. No accommodation for disabled 90 years old lady who is in the wheelchair at all! Very disappointed!
