Concorde Hotel New York

Loved the cleanliness and the city views from up high were very good. Location excellent. The only downside is that it didn’t really feel like a hotel. It had a small bar, restaurant etc but no real feeling of a ‘centre’. Wasn’t a problem for us, but if you want somewhere with a bit more soul then look elsewhere

Good location on upper east side. Be aware that there are 30+ levels. Initially booked into a “deluxe” room that was on 27th floor. Room was in desperate need of a renovation: smelly carpet, peeling laminate, no view. Remote from amenities. Bathrooms were nice. Moved to 7th floor next day: a different world (better). Bar/restaurant pricey and average. Night manager / day manager were like Jekyl and Hyde.

I will never stay here again. Checked into my room. AC was broken and room was 80 degrees. I had booked a king sized bed but my room only had a queen. They didn’t tell me this on check in. They clearly knew the AC was busted because the window was open when I entered the room. They didn’t proactively do anything. I ended up checking out and finding another hotel. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Management does not care. No follow up. Nothing. My colleague also stayed here and didn’t have hot water. Rooms have nothing in them in terms of water or food. Avoid.

Stayed here 3 times and it was always great. The location of the hotel is excellent, it's within proximity to Midtown and Central Park, but this particular area is not that noisy and crowded. The beds are very comfortable and the personnel very polite and helpful, they will help you with anything they can. Some rooms have a lovely view on Lexington Avenue and the Chrysler Building. Nothing to complain.

Very professional and great hotel with a wonderful location close to everything. The staff was very helpful, and it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was the best thing about this property. There was construction going on in a room on our floor; they did not clean up the area after the work was completed. The workers came early in the morning and could be heard talking loudly and playing music- 0700. We requested ice, and it did not come until after we left the room. The bartender was the friendliest person in the front. I had an allergic reaction to something in the room, I think it was the air vent. Would not stay here again.

Amazing view, comfortable room, superb customer service all around!

I like the location as it was near restaurants and stores, between park ave and lexington. Property is clean and staffs were friendly. Bonsaii restaurant served good food although it runs independent of the hotel. Aircon had problem on the first night. If i didnt persist on transferring to another room, the mgt didnt even find solution to this. Spent the first night with electric fan. The gym is quite small.
