Great location almost opposite metro stop and close to a great old fashioned pub - Clarkes. Friendly reception staff who will give you list of local eateries on check in. Nice touch. No dislikes.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and approachable I’m not used to New York prices. So I would’ve preferred a less pricey hotel. I enjoyed this hotel. I felt safe I felt cared for.

The staff were professional. I neglected to bring an iPhone charger but one was provided to me by the woman at the front desk. Other workers never failed to say hello. Things were fine.

Excellent location & convenient, good value for money. All good. My room was below the street level but with an indoor garden. Great to stay a day or two but too dark for a longer stay.
