The AC was broken and it was 100 degrees in the room. The bed and pillow was also extremely uncomfortable and you could tell it was cheaply done. Staff was very nice and apologetic but there was nothing he could do. Would not stay again or recommend

Its a small room with attached private bathroom. Pretty useful and reasonable priced for manhattan. Best for sleeping it off otherwise not much space. But the location is wonderful being so close to union square and other such places.

Love this place. A good value, very nice simple boutique type hotel. Be aware had 4 floors with no elevator however.
