Modern rooms, excellent shower, room was very clean and spacious, did not use the valet parking but directly across the street is a parking lot with online registration.

I wouldn’t change anything. Everything was wonderful. The only thing I suggest is to bring your own yeti or Stanley cause it’s really hot in Nashville and they don’t have bottled water. But they do give you a refillable bottle but for me it was to small and They do have water stations.

When we arrived to check in at 3pm, our room was not yet ready. We were told that we would receive a call as soon as it became available, but we never received any notification and had to follow up ourselves. It also appeared that only one staff member was working the front desk. She was trying to check in multiple guests while simultaneously answering phone calls, which seemed overwhelming. This may explain why some staff members appeared stressed and less welcoming.
