Grand Hyatt Nashville

Great staff and the bartenders were excellent.

Unfortunately, the replacement hotel was a major disappointment. It was approximately 10 minutes farther from where we intended to stay and was also undergoing construction. This was not the experience I expected for the amount of money I spent. To make matters worse, I was still required to provide my credit card for incidentals at the alternate hotel and ended up getting charged for nights stay!!! The most disappointing part of the entire experience was dealing with the manager, Alex, at the Grand Hyatt. His attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and confrontational. As a hospitality manager, his response was essentially that he was not going to do anything to help us. This trip was meant to be a Christmas gift for my parents, making the experience even more upsetting. For the vacation I believed I was purchasing, I genuinely felt misled and scammed. I strongly suggest customer service and hospitality retraining for management. This was one of the most disappointing travel experiences I have ever had.

Everything. Unknown to us it was the CMA festival . The valet parking was so easy although there looked like a carpark very near. Easy walk to Broadway (10 mins) Nothing

Hotel has been amazing both times I have stayed. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, beautiful rooms with equally-as-good views, and a breathtaking rooftop bar that looks a straight down Broadway.

I LOVED EVERYTHING!! This was the best experience I’ve had, hands down. As soon as you walk in the doors it takes your breath away. The staff was so accommodating and the room was spotless. So clean and beautiful. The roof top bar is a must, I really loved that. The gym was great and the view was breathtaking from my room! Where can I get some of that shampoo and body wash? That stuff was great! There’s not a SINGLE thing I didn’t like! I don’t like the fact that I couldn’t stay longer!

Clean and nice facility. Everything is well organized. Beautiful scenery with alot to enjoy at the hotel itself. Many restaurants, tennis, golf and other festivals right at this hotel. You do not have to go far for entertainment but you are on Broadway and it's only a short distance from the main attractions. N/a

Location, location, location! This property is an easy walk to The Gulch area, as well as, lower Broadway. The restaurants were a very good option if you wanted to stay in.

This hotel is very clean very well put together. Staff was amazing. Very very helpful. Awesome vibe close to Broadway. Easy to get around one of the nicest hotels in downtown Nashville
