My experience was great the only issue I had was the wood half ply toilet paper. I understand you go through a lot of it but I think dollar store toilet paper was better than this stuff. The only other thing was breakfast. It was really nice to have this instead of just an orange and muffin like some places but it was virtually the same every single day all week. I know you have to buy this stuff in bulk but maybe a change up here and there would be great

Perfect location for checking out the city! Easy walk to downtown but far enough away to get back to the hotel for breaks during the day and quiet at night.

The hotel room was beautifully clean and updated. The air conditioner worked great, it is within walking distance of all the things we wanted to do. We especially enjoyed the pancake maker and the delicious breakfast each morning!

Only issues were first night shower drain was clogged shower was standing in water. But fixed as soon as I called. And pretzels on the floor never got picked up even after telling them.

Overall the front desk staff were Fantastic & we enjoyed our stay, but housekeeping was a joke & kinda rude when asked for clean towels to be delivered to our room (not the front desk but the gentleman that brought the towels)!! Our room was cleaned once in a week!? Climate control was nutty also, from sweltering to subzero temps with no happy medium in the room!? I don't know about other rooms, but 520 needs a bathroom update also, compared to the rest of the room, the bathroom looks dated & dirty!?
