Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport

Nice older hotel near the Airport and a short Lyft or Uber ride to downtown Broadway street area.

We were not told when booking (less than a week of our stay) or when checking in that the indoor pool and hotel were closed/out of order.

The property needs more maintenance, broken elevator, unkept pool area, one hard bed, one saggy and it took 24 hrs to get out toilet fixed, had to go down four floors to use a bathroom.

The rooms were very humid and moist, one elevator was out of service and the other sounded like it was not much safer. We paid for parking during check in but the gate still requested payment when leaving. We travel frequently and room was DEFINITELY was not worth what we paid.

Our first room where we put our luggage down, we didn’t realize at first, but it was soaking wet carpet so our luggage was wet and then they put us in another room where the room was musty and I pulled the blankets back and there was black mould in the duvet so the third room we went to they put us in the most beautiful room in the building and we were very grateful for that because the first two rooms for horrendous. They said that they’re gonna take care of those rooms and fingers crossed for the next desk that it will be in proper condition. The staff was fantastic with solving the situation.

Clean room great staff

The hotel room is fine overall but there’s no microwaves which is hilarious considering the size and price of the hotel. You will also hear creaky doors in above rooms. Being on the ground floor it’s nice having a door that opens outside but so does everyone else. Bathroom is nice and clean which was great. The shuttle to the airport and back takes about 8-10 mins and it’s very good. Not having a microwave is a huge pain and might be a deal breaker for staying again in the future as you’ll have to walk half way around the hotel to find one you can use.

I would definitely stay here again but I would absolutely request my room location.

The shuttle bus to the Nashville airport was a great help--The only concern was added fees for parking that were unexpected, but overall a great place to stay!

I liked everything about the stay

It would have been nice to have been warned about construction being done. It would also have been nice to not have construction start at 8am. The construction people were yelling and laughing in the room next to us at 8am woke us up, and started drilling at 8:10am for a hotel to be one that is rare and allows you to check out at 12 and only be able to sleep in til 8am is rediculous and not worth the money at all.

The staff were really nice..The food was ok..The pillows were really small and the bed was not comfortable. I'm glad I got a really cheap rate. And they charge you 22.00 for parking.

Needs a bit updating but comfy enough. Beautiful property. Some construction going on with elevators so not giving it a 10
