Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport

My only complaint is the bed was as hard as can be

Drain was slow in shower. Filled up 1/2 way in tub while showering. Room 726. Check in / out staff very friendly.

Staff was amazing

The staff were all great. The hotel was going through major construction, but that was just an eye sore

Breakfast was solid with pancakes (made by staff), oatmeal with toppings, fruit, scrambled eggs, cereal, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, bagels, English muffins, and grits. They also had a chef preparing omelets with several ingredient options. When the hotel was busy, the omelet line moved very slowly, but on a quieter morning we got them quickly and they were decent. The pool area is large but shallow—mostly 3 ft with a 4 ft center. The water was a bit cloudy, but the area itself seemed maintained. Because the hotel accommodates many guests, the pool can get crowded. Parking was included during our stay despite online notes saying otherwise. The surrounding area is quiet, with other hotels and office buildings, and felt safe to walk around. The room was fine with comfortable beds and a working AC. Only 4 elevators but we never seemed to wait long even on the busy day.

Great place to stay. Far enough from downtown there is no traffic, but close enough for a 15 minute drive.

Breakfast was substandard. I watched as the cook made my husband’s omelette and scorched it along with many others. Not to mention he prepared them with a gallon of oil. The room was ok, the carpet just smelled musty. Carpets need to definitely be replaced.

Nice facility That I had to PAY to PARK at the hotel! What?!

Loved the place extra parking rooms perfect. The kids loved the breakfast and those omelettes were delicious

Exceptional

Breakfast had one single line stretching out 40 people feel with one container of eggs (no grill, no double buffet to allow for two lines to enter, one single carafe of coffee within the entire lobby and breakfast area. Definitely not up to the par of management and planning that’s normally the Embassy Suites standard. There was no one in the breakfast area from management area to assist. The front desk didn’t answer the phone and seemed unplugged from the needs of guests in the lobby or breakfast disaster.

Our assigned room bathroom was no clean. The room we were reassigned had an odor. The rooms were old and in need of renovations. Breakfast was good, and staff were helpful

The hotel is nice and the location is good. Our room smelled musty. Even turning the AC lower couldn't hide it. Otherwise it's a good place to stay.

The beds, the omelette Price

The staff was great. Kaci at the front desk was excellent. Also AJ in the restaurant was attentive and courteous. The property was very clean.

The rooms are large and clean. Great restaurant downstairs. Staff is super friendly. The hotel is in an industrial park so no restaurants in walking distance
