The staff was immensely helpful and able to answer most of our questions. There was some confusion about bus transportation that was a new idea they were trying

Our room was clean and we had a great stay. The hotel appeared to be a little older but overall we had a great experience.

Wonderful breakfast with lots of different items.

Great place

Excellent experience. No complaints. I always choose Residence Inn whenever I can. The spacious rooms and having a functioning kitchen are definitely a huge plus.

The ice machine wasn't working on the 4th floor and only one floor in hotel has machine that works. The carpet in my room as very nasty, hasn't been cleaned in a long time so wore shoes the whole time. Cobwebs on the ac vents in the ceiling.

Very large rooms & close to Opry

Breakfast was better than most options at similar hotels. Room was clean. Bathroom fan made screaming noise when on. Only 1 TV in the suite so we had to physically reposition it to watch from the couch. Overall a nice property

The toilet paper was horrible! Very thin and scratchy. The tissue paper was ok. If you have a big beautiful well equipped studio suite why would there be such cheap toilet paper? The breakfast buffet was ok. I would have preferred regular scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. No everyone likes turkey sausage. I know very few people who eat it. I saw a lot of people go to the hot items, lift the lids and then go get other items to eat.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the size of the room was amazing. The fitness center could have been better as there were no 25 or 30 pound weights for our workout.

Location was great Couldn’t find my reservation because booking.com spelled it incorrectly. Tried to charge a pet fee equal to my stay. No where did it have that on my reservation

Several amenities that were advertised on the website were either non-functional or unavailable altogether. The fire pit was not working, the barbecue grills were unusable due to missing gas control knobs, and there was a noticeable smell of leaking gas around the grill area, which raised serious safety concerns. In addition, the bar listed as an available amenity was not operational, and we were informed it had reportedly been closed for years despite still being advertised. We traveled with a large group, including several young children, so safety was especially important to us. During our stay, there was a ladder left set up leading to the rooftop area without any caution tape, barriers, or warning signage. Having unrestricted access to something like that around children was extremely concerning. While not every staff interaction was negative, there were multiple occasions where requests for assistance were met with visible frustration and dismissive attitudes rather than the level of hospitality we expected. Pool towels were consistently unavailable, and when we asked about them, the responses felt unprofessional and indifferent. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property were also disappointing. Housekeeping service appeared minimal, often consisting only of replacing towels and remaking beds
