The property was very close to the Opry, Opryland Mills Mall, and Opryland Hotel. It was very clean, and the employees were very pleasant and helpful.

Our room had multiple dirty things on the floor when we checked in, including pieces of candy. The ceiling of the pool was falling into the pool, the pool heater was not working. Room had a very odd odor. Front desk staff was less than helpful at check in.

It was quiet and comfortable

The staff was great and so friendly

Nice hotel rooms. Pretty clean and the rooms are pretty spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to call the hotel twice for someone to come to the front desk to check in. And lastly, the side door on the first floor is for exiting only and not entering so it made it hard for me to bring things in and out.

It was very clean I booked it because it was a queen room with two queen beds AND a pullout sofa bed. That was not true at all. There were no queen beds with a sofa bed even available in the hotel at all so we made a bed for my son out of blankets on the floor. It was falsely advertised on Booking.com.

The door latch and shower were not working.

I liked the location of the hotel. I also liked the lady at the front desk- she was very kind. My kids were so excited to swim in the indoor pool but when we got there, the pool was freezing. I made my daughter get out of the pool because her lips were blue within a few minutes of being in. Right in front of our bathroom, there was something sticky on the floor- so gross. The door also would not latch when closing so you had to hold the inside handle and wiggle it until it latched. It took FOREVER to get it latched each time. When we woke up the next morning, there was a sign saying that there were no cooks so no breakfast would be served.

Staff was good but property is very old and not kept well. No towels in the room, bathroom floor was sticky. Had to change room which took a while. I would not be staying there again!

Please have someone to call me about this reservation. 270-792-3889 Mike Eastridge The staff recommended we go to the Fairfield. Now I am being charged for both locations.

The coffee machine was broken. We were there 5 nights. The second day they put a thermos of coffee out for self serve but never - all week- did they serve cream. The pool was closed all week as they added chlorine? In 5 days they cleaned our room once. We gave them lots of reminders and requests, but no one cared. I would have at least sent a manager to pick up some cream, how hard is that. We had to pick up our own towels daily.

Breakfast should be free and more options
-
Staff was nice. Our room had a few problems. The art in the room was ripped up, a lamp was cracked, and a few other things.
-
No breakfast bar. They do have a bistro located in the hotel and a coffee bar where you purchase drinks and food at a higher price.
-
Have to pay. Limited menu. French toast was good. Pricey.
