Best Western Suites Near Opryland

I thought I was getting a basic room with 2 double beds. I don’t know if the room we got was basic or considered a suite. There were 2 double beds with lots of soft pillows on each bed. A sofa that would fold out into a bed as well with a small privacy wall. There were other things like big tv, lots of built in USB charging blocks, a desk, dresser, microwave & small fridge, no coffee maker but that was fine because we were a short walk away from the breakfast area. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

We love staying at this location in Nashville. Very clean, beds are comfy, great water pressure. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good!

this was a trip to visit opryland the staff was great but it is a dated hotel. Close to everything so that is good

Convenient location

Nice room. It was clean. Had a good amount of towels as well. Fridge worked great too.

Room was dirty and broken. Broken outlets. Broken lights. Tub wouldn’t drain. Room seemed dusty and gross. A homeless man harassed us at our truck at night. The staff was unhelpful and didn’t do much or seem happy to be there. Overall not happy and wouldn’t stay there again. Especially for the price.

The staff was wonderful. Clean room. The bed was comfortable.

We checked in and out quickly and without incident. They had a decent breakfast. The pool was clean. The staff had the room clean. All but one employee was helpful. The one that wasn’t truly didn’t act like he liked his job. I wasn’t the only person displeased with his service or lack thereof. Over all a great stay and great rates.

Enjoyed our stay, clean rooms, helpful staff, and good breakfast.

old building but never renovated, old carpets … air conditioning way too noisy and had trouble with the thermostat keeping temp at 70 degrees … great that it had body wash, shampoo and conditioner available in the shower … breakfast was good.

the mattress was horrible out of shape. the room lamp was broken, phone to call the front desk was broken. had to request for a room change
