Room was very small. You can hardly manage one medium size suitcase and able get around, forget two. Front door opens almost to the shelf, have to squeeze by to get inside, needs more towel hooks in BR., not even a small coffee maker in room, no in room food service option, not an easy access to ice machine (staff will get you ice when you ask). Still four stars, for people working their doing good job

The cleaning of rooms was not done. We stayed five days and they did not clean once. We needed to call down to get fresh towels. We even saw the lady one room over when leaving and we returned a little over one hour later to our room not being touched.

Very nice staff.

We loved our stay at the Motto - it was just close enough to the Broadway bars without being right in the middle of it - a five-minute walk! The bar had great cocktails, and the staff was so friendly - highly recommend!

Great property just a few blocks from all the action. Perfect stay!

Two of my friends and I stayed in Nashville for the Josh Groban concert. The hotel was in a great location - only about a 5 minute walk to Bridgestone Arena. And we passed several restaurants and even a Dollar General on the way! There was a nice park nearby also. The hotel had a cool retro vibe. Our room, while small, was just right for our overnight visit. We had a queen bed on bottom and a twin bunk over top. Perfect for 3 girls! The staff were all very polite and helpful, and the room was clean and well stocked. Our only problem was that the room had doors on each side for adjoining rooms, which might have made it easier for other guests to hear us. We never heard anyone in the hall or other rooms, but apparently someone heard us laughing loudly because we had someone from the front desk come by the room after midnight and politely ask us to keep it down b/c there had been a complaint! Probably not the best place if you haven’t seen your friends in a while and tend to laugh a lot and loudly! But otherwise, the stay was perfect.

Not 5 stars because of the bed linens. At night even the cold room, the synthetic sheets got very hot and doesn’t allow the skin to breathe. We got very hot please consider 100% cotton sheets vs polyester. Everything else was amazing!

Great place to stay! I really enjoyed it, and it's close to Broadway and many shops and restaurants.

Very convenient to downtown Nashville, very friendly staff, excellent experience.

The room we were in (king size bed) was super small for the price. We couldn’t open the room door without getting close to hitting the shoe rack. The shower leaked a lot and we had to move our bodies to the side to pass one another in the sink area and bed area. Clean and convenient location but for the price, I was expecting more high level amenities or services. We did not have a microwave in the room nor did the hotel provide us one for use to heat up leftover food. Clothes and luggage storage was minuscule. Not the worst experience, but not the best.

Everything was nice and staff was very friendly. Jacob in valet was super helpful and nice.

Everyone that worked there was amazing. Highly recommend

Property is new and very well maintained. Easy walk to Broadway. Staff friendly and accommodating, Bar and small plates in lobby. Our only negative is the rooms are really small, space for only one luggage rack. I had to put luggage on the floor.
-
Room was very compact but all of the featured amenities were great. Close th downtown. Very quiet. Will stay here again.

This was a great spot and walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway. Staff was so professional and kind.
-
Fantastic location for experiencing the night life on Broadway They do not have their own parking facility. They provide valet parking, but use an outside source’s lot and are then subject to their rules. 24 hours of parking will not actually be 24 hours.

I loved my stay here. The staff here were incredibly helpful and readily available. The check in process was quick, I was able to check in early. The room was the perfect size and set up very nicely. I had a good view of the Music City Center. The restaurant downstairs was equally great. Their staff were attentive and made great recommendations and the food was delicious. The coffee bar was very convenient and had a great selection. All in all, I had a great experience staying here.
