Awesome staff! Breakfast staff are extremely nice!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located downtown - close to everything but not so close to Broadway as to be loud. The rooftop pool was an A+ ammenity (and quite popular). Logan whipped us up some fabulous frozen margaritas at the bar. And the staff at the desk were kind enough to offer us an extra hour before checkout. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in a great location, is very clean and the staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here two times and would stay here again when coming to Nashville. Highly recommend

The hill out of the main entrance is brutal. Also lanes to enter are confusing for autos .

Only a couple of blocks walk to Broadway. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. Front desk was very helpful,

To help others plan better is to tell us that the breakfast wasn't free. Not only that but the food quality would have been nicer for the breakfast food since it wasn't "free". Not only that charging the smallest things like water bottles in our hotel room, for it to be overprice as well is unaccecptable. I just believe we got the wrong hotel for family, Thank You.

Hotel location was excellent if you are going to the Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, and Broadway. Hotel was nice, seemed clean overall. Staff was not overly friendly, especially one of the older gentlemen who worked in the morning.

Great proximity to food and beverage venues, very comfortable bed and great shower. The location was great but the nighttime noise was extreme and we didn’t get any sleep. There doesn’t seem to be any window noise protection from street noise like I’ve experienced in other Hilton hotels. We were on the 5th floor but seemed like we were in a fire station house.

Location was great! Price was good. The room was warm, and we couldn’t get it to ever really cool down. It stayed very humid inside the room.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the rooms were just fine. The bar was also great. Are bartender was attentive right from the moment we walked up.
