I love this hotel for district and walking distance around Broadway! The only thing is I would have loved a swimming pool on the property!

We frequently stay at Hampton Inns and this was the most poorly maintained Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. When we checked in, the bed in our first room was severely damaged, with both the mattresses and box springs broken and sagging. Thankfully, the staff was extremely helpful and quickly moved us to a new room.Unfortunately, the second room was also poorly maintained. It had badly patched walls, a damaged leg on the sink counter, and zero lighting or lamps in the sitting area. Beyond the rooms, the guest laundry was out of order, and the pool and spa were completely inaccessible. The furniture in the main lobby was dilapidated and damaged. Because this is a very busy, sold-out hotel, it seems management simply cannot keep up with normal maintenance. The positives were the location and the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Great breakfast and Hotel Manager !

Water was out from 5 pm to 1 am (scheduled). I understand that it was necessary but I could have been informed, an email while i was on my way there like i could have noticed , I could have canceled and made other plans for my vacation if i had been told 4 hours prior to checking in. No restroom was available that could be flushed or bathing. I think the timing was way off. Like why not do it after midnight. The whole place needs updated the carpet was worn and nasty looking the sofa looked like some had left their seedlings...disgusting! $400+ a night and that's what I was dealt! I will Never stay there again and I dont advised anyone else to stay there.

Everything was excellent. The only main drawback is that it is located in the heart of downtown Nashville and parking isn't mentioned on Expedia ($60 plus taxes).

The valet is top notch!
-
Staff was very nice made me feel very welcome!
-
Room was clean and spacious. Beds comfortable. Air conditioning did have some random weird noises once in awhile but it kept the room nice and cool. Parking prices at the hotel were expensive. The valet had great service but I think if you are staying in the hotel it should not be that pricey. Enjoyed our visit.

Hotel was great. Close to Broadway, easy to get to. Hotel was extremely clean and rooms were spacious.

Great hotel! I highly recommend!!

This was not my favorite Hampton. I usually prefer to stay in a Hampton, but this visit was just ok. Room could have been cleaner and most all the chairs in the lobby and breakfast area had shredded seats. I took a picture because it was so strange. The location was conveniently located to the Ryman and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Short walk to Broadway and all the bars.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Convenient to Nissan Stadium and other attractions.

Was for the price we paid! Mood all on the bathrooms. Bathroom door was filthy black and appeared to not have ever been wiped down. The lobby had all furniture that was peeled leather with grimy tops of chairs. I looked at reviews prior and never once saw honest reviews apparently. The only thing positive was the location and really helpful front desk.

Great location and breakfast included. Loved that checkout wasn’t until 12!

Excellent service, nice location. Walking distance of shopping and dinning. Room was very cozy, bed and pillow comfortable. Will stay again at this location.

Staff was amazing, food was great, and rooms were comfortable. Place looked well worn and tired. Needed a good makeover to spruce up place.

The property was not very clean and I booked a king and got two queens. Not a very good experience.
