Room was fairly clean but a bit dated. Was a little put off by having to have $100 deposit taken off of my card at check in, that wasn’t mentioned at booking. Over all though not to bad. We just needed a place to sleep after the concert we attend and it worked for that.

The staff were very helpful. Although the buildings were dated, our room was quiet and clean.

You will get what you pay for. Do not expect well-appointed amenities or a nice location, as you were going to a brand-new or well-known chain. I have encountered some issues with flying ants and insects in the ceiling. After all, the front desk services were on point with any maintenance issues I had. Good customer service, very respectful staff.

The lady working front desk was most accommodating. I was having one of the worst nights & she went above & beyond to make my night & stay better! She even offered to carry my belongings to my room! She is a great asset to your company! Many thanks

I like parking and they have hot water for bathing.

If traveling with a pet except a $29 fee. Not very pet friendly on a $51 basic room that smells of smoke after signing your life away that you are not going to smoke.

I didn't like it at all. They harassed me about checking out. They looked through my trash to see if I'd been smoking.
