Red Roof Inn Nashville - Music City

The front desk staff was always helpful with every issue we encountered. The hotel was ran down. It is in need of a lot of upgrades. The parking was adequate.

This place was very nasty, it didn't even look like it was cleaned when we checked in. My daughters went out to the car and got Lysol wipes and was wiping down the floors and countertops because it was so nasty. There were little black hairs all over the bathroom floor. Would not recommend.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The floor was filthy. The sheets looked stained and dirty. There was mold in the shower. AND... to add insult to injury, the smoke detector outside my room was beeping all night. Terrible.

Room and floor was dirty. Vent was coming off wall in bathroom. Microwave looked like it had been dropped from the 3rd floor and ceiling looked terrible with patch jobs and paint splatter on mirrors. Really loud in the room from outside and bikers

Second room was clean but very run down and bathroom smelled mildewy. Was exhausted and only staying for the night so sucked it up knowing I would not be returning.

Most everything was great. When looking for a plug behind the night stand, the corners of the room were not clean. Had I not looked, it would have been 5 stars across the board.

Very clean hotel. I was very satisfied.

Very difficult to find something to like. The beds were ok. House keeping never did the beds, none of the lights worked, had to screw the bulbs in by hand, phone wasn’t even plugged in, boogers and other body fluids were on the walls, homeless and streetwalkers all on the sidewalk in front of hotel, front staff said they don’t give out extra blankets for any reason, getting new towels is like pulling teeth, online it says they have breakfast but that’s a lie they only have coffee and said they don’t have any intention of changing the online listing, hallways smelled of stale, warm water like there was a leak that they never fixed. There’s more to list but typing it out makes me angry. Vell vell vell.
