From the pickup from the airport to checking in the staff was very nice. My suite was very clean and spacious for my family size. I will be booking soon whenever I back in Miami and also highly recommend. I was very pleased by everything

What completely ruined the experience was the shuttle staff. They were chatting among themselves without paying attention to the departure time, and when I asked about it, they seemed annoyed and spoke to me rudely. Unfortunately, this incident overshadowed what would have otherwise been a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was great, had laundry room at no cost and located so close to the airport!! If we could have checked in a bit earlier but we were still able to check in before normal check in time

The smell was horrible, Marihuana smell in the entire hotel. Staff very rude. I would not recommend this hotel. You cannot feel safe on it.

Facilities and spacious rooms Shuttle took 45 mins to show up and when it did, driver did not stop at the designated stop..just sped away...

Clean rooms but the bathroom lights weren’t functional.

Manager was overly accommodating with us as we were able to have a room for early check in upon cruise arrival. Also had the misfortune of having our flight cancelled and they allowed us to come back and even arranged shuttle transportation. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.
