No microwave no cable for 2 days fridge didn't work properly parking is a mess and costly

Everything was great

The staff was amazing. I arrived from overseas with layover until next day. I was checked in early for a fee. The room service was great.

Pool was a little dirty we didn't stay swimming long because of the cleanliness. Everything else was good

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was also clean and well maintained. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the property. The staff were nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

David at the front desk was incredible! 👏 He truly made our stay a memorable one with his outstanding customer service and warm hospitality. 🤩 The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While the décor wasn't quite my personal style, it was still very nice. 🙂 The hotel's location is also very convenient for anyone traveling to or from the airport.

Great food. Onsite restaurant - K Bistro. Pool. Possible early check-in. Staff was very accommodating. Close to airport. Rooftop Happy Hour.

Very close to the port of Miami

in our room, the bathroom wasn't super clean, there was hair on the walls from previous guests. shower was a little difficult to figure out. the door also doesn’t close all the way? so it gets a lot of water on the floor, i heard squelching under the floor when i stepped so i can only imagine what can be under that from the amount of guests who wet the floor after a shower. putting a towel down helps. also note, housekeeping comes every two days- not daily. there was nothing rlly worth complaining too much about, but i probably wouldn’t book here again. staff was kind, helpful, and attentive when we asked for things like extra towels. valet staff were also super nice. essentials like snacks available downstairs 24/7 and nice access to airport/nearby attractions.

Great location to airport friendly staff and clean rooms

The hotel was a regular hotel with basic necessities. It was very clean and the staff were awesome. Breakfast was good. We got 2 free and only paid $6-7 per additional person. It was pretty close to other things to do. We did have a rental, so it was much easier to get around.
