Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport

Long it

It started off rough do to the shuttle not running every 30 minutes. We stood in line for a hour half before the first shuttled pulled up and it was full. The hot tub was not hot. We checked it twice and it was luke warm. On the positive note. Breakfast was delicious and the happy hour cocktails did help.

Room smelled moldy..bathroom door wouldn't close. Expedia booked a handicap room 1 bed.

If you book at this hotel make sure you ask for a room that’s not on the side of the railroad…. I didn’t get much sleep because all night all I heard was trains going by but the property is nice and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The food and drinks at their restaurant were good and the rooms were clean. They also have a shuttle to the cruise port for $12 a person. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I would definitely stay at the Embassy suites in Miami again! It was nice to have the airport shuttle picking us up at the airport. The rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful.

Every thing was perfect..

First Day checking in was smooth process but i accidentally locked my keys in my room, so i went to the desk to get another key this was at night the front office lady said she need to see my id thought it was werid because i stayed at a Embassy previous did have to it she was very rude .

Great property. Just as described… can be contested with all of the cruise travelers… but I understood since I was a cruise traveler also.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite, which we absolutely loved how spacious it was. WiFi would not connect in the master bedroom and the outlets on the side tables did not all work. Additionally one of the lights didn’t work. The staff was very nice and accommodating with holding our luggage in a secure room until our room was ready. It’s hard to find a suite with two queen beds, a king bed, and pull out couch! So this was an incredible find

Staff was exceptional! Grounds were clean and welcoming. My family felt safe at all times. We will stay here again when traveling to Miami!
