Nice place to stay for a night

The property is close to the airport....only main advantage

The hotel was not up to part my sheets in my room was dirty the ac was not working. They didn't have but one big towel in the room no hand towel. I had to go down stairs and get clean bedding so I could change my bedding, no phone in the rooms.

Room was ok, but facilities need some maintenance. Elevator door kept not working. Faucet in bathroom dripped. Air conditioner was noisy.

The AC was broken. The property looked very run down, dirty and smelled like mold.

The room was dirty still garbage in the floor (I have pictures),bathroom also dirty I was very disappointed with the hotel.

We've been to this hotel chain in the past, and we had great experiences, but this location fell short of our expectations. Although we stayed one night, we could barely watch tv with our 9-year-old son because the tv screen had a partial display (about half the display was missing). Additionally, we had 4 guests but only received 2 towels and 1 bathcloth. When we went to get 2 more towels and 3 bathcloths, we only received the 2 towels and 1 bathcloth. The front desk told us that no more bathcloths were there because they were doing laundry.

Es un ambiente tranquilo y familiar , me gustó mucho , hablan varios idiomas así que seas de donde seas te harán sentir cómodo , encantada con el servicio y amabilidad

Love the pool, workout center and breakfast they have every morning. The amenities are great. Parking passes are free for guests. Elevators are possessed and do not work properly at all. Key cards and door locks are not updated and have issues sometimes. Certain guest and staff are not very nice but some are very good people.

Las instalaciones están muy sucias sobre todo en las areas comunes pero tambien en el cuarto. El baño tenia hongos, el aire acondicionado estaba muy bajo y no podia cambiarse. Se escuchan los aviones por la poca aislación de las ventanas. El desayunador tenia una advertencoa de no pasar y no sirvieron el desayuno a pesar de haber iniciado por mucho el horario estipulado. La atención en general es un desastre, tuve que llamar varias veces al chico del ingreso y sus respuestas fueron evasivas. No volvería y no recomiendo que nadie vaya. Muy caro para el mal servicio que ofrecen.

Good customer service at bell desk. Excellent airport shuttle. I was able to leave luggage before check-in time. Breakfast was waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, juice coffee, tea etc. One thing to update: Carpeting in building is old. Keys needed to be recharged every time i left. But bell desk staff helped.

Extremely disappointed! Filthy room, old hotel… We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM, and when we entered the room, the floor was filthy—there was a sock and hair on the floor, the TV remote was under the bed, the bathroom was full of hair, and there was only one bath towel. I went to the lobby to ask for a towel, and they simply said there were no towels available until 10 AM the next day! Old, noisy air conditioning and walls covered in mold!

It looked as the whole hotel needed updated/upgrade. very shabby looking. Biggest issue we had was that there was no safe in room.. we had money, credit cards & passports.. not willing to leave the room unattended with these items not secured.

staff. Will never stay or recommend this hotel. Even when complained of roaches they changed rooms but still no clothes, toiletries or anything.
