The pool area even tho it was being renovated could have been better organized. It’s a great lounge area but no staff were there when we went up to lounge and dirty towels were all over the chairs.

Everything was excellent, staff was great. Expected the pool was not in service but they have alternative pool.

I loved the views, and the restaurant that was also inside the hotel, I was glad that the front desk checked in on me every other day The day I got there music was played pretty loud on my hotel floor but I’m going to assume since it was Memorial Day weekend a ton of people were booked inside the hotel

Main pool was out of order though we could use alternate pool but jacuzzi was out of order as well. Room was clean and comfy beds had very able to sleep very well.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are very spacious, the bay view is beautiful. The environment and atmosphere was relaxing i really enjoyed my stay.

There was no concierge to help us figure out what to do and where to go. The reception staff tried their best but that was not good enough
