Good central location with comfy beds. Breakfast was average and our coffee machine in the room didn’t work. Staff were nice though and we got a couple of free drinks vouchers for the bar.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The only thing I would suggest improving is the use of disposable plates and utensils at breakfast, as reusable dishware would be more environmentally friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The check with the front desk customer service was friendly and welcoming. The manger was amazing. The security guard which was a young man on the 1sr shift was also very friendly like a concierge. Very informative. He told us where to go & how to get there. The room was stocked with snacks and water the was the best added touch. I also appreciated and enjoyed the driver who took us to the port to catch our cruise was also very polite and friendly and professional. Best stay at at hotel in a long time. I was not aware that breakfast was over by 10:00 am so we missed breakfast.
