Cozy comfy hotel. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the hotel staff was super friendly. I’ll be back.

This was my first time visiting a CitizenM & I truly enjoyed myself. Great location downtown, not too many food options within the hotel but there’s plenty of restaurants around.

A nicely appointed hotel located in an ideal spot for visiting all parts of the city. Highly recommend.

Checkin is "self-service", but staff is very helpful to ensure successful checkin and checkout! Great for 1-night stay for cruising if you're ok with the small space.

Everything is automated through an ipad In each room, and personnel is limited. No room service, but decent breakfast for the price.

Brilliant room with great amenities and staff were very helpful.

A great deal plus lots of restaurants and Brickell City Centre shopping in quick walking distance!

Also if you like climbing over the person you're sleeping with then you'll be fine with the bed thats only one way in.

Very convenient and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

As a solo traveler I liked the unique flavor of the facility. It is not huge but workable.

I liked everything but if you’re more than 1 person it’s a bit small

Rooms look small on-line even smaller in person, dysfunctionally small for a couple let alone bed positioning for two persons. Not going back.

Very clean and very modern. Staff was great too

But they did not offer a shuttle to or from the airport bad business deal because that was the main reason for picking the hotel so please offer that service to your guests
